NUDES
Classic. Minimalistic. And just so gorgeous.
Your natural nails but better. Choosing your shade of neutrals can make a huge difference on how your hands look. But keep in mind, the shade of colour on your inspiration photo might not look the same on your hands. Most of our nude colours are in syrup gel polish, this means they will be semi-transparent.
Here are my top tips on how to best choose your nude colour:
LIGHTER SHADE
Choosing a lighter shade will make your skin darker in comparison. It is perfect for sun kissed skin, but if that is not your goal. It is important to avoid going too light and stick to a shade similar your skin.
Lighter shades are youthful and trendy in spring.
DARKER SHADE
Choosing a darker shade will make your skin more pale in comparison. If you love the brighter skin glow, I recommend going a darker shade than your skin.
Darker shades are more mature and trendy in fall.
WARM TONES
These colours will have more pinks and reds hues. Often enough, they give you a slight girly feel.
If you have pinker fingers or have eczema, I would avoid warm tones to keep the redness away from your hands.
COOL TONES
These colours will give a more seamless, barely there feel. I often refer to these cool tones are more neutral.
If you have cool fingers often or have a yellow hue to your skin, I would avoid cool tones so they don't make your fingers look washed out.
Updated on March 2025.
At this time we currently have a limited range of shade colours for darker skin. As our supplies come from Asian Brands, they currently have not developed products just yet. But our eyes are always open for a brand that aligns with our vision and would love to be more inclusive.
